Here is a cool concept theme or skin pack of Windows 9 for windows 7 and 8. What it does is that changes the theme, Windows borders, icons and adds widgets on the desktop. I personally liked the theme, it looks much cleaner. Its not Windows 9 or anything like that. If you like the theme you should surely give it a try. There is no risk you can easily uninstall it later if you are not satisfied.
